Meeting records

ELCA Attendance records staff names, expected meeting attendance, check-in times, scan timing, attendance review decisions, and meeting credits. Administrators can add staff email addresses and departments to the directory. Authorized school users can review records and export reports according to their permissions.

Remembered names

A secure browser cookie lets the service remember the name you previously entered. Choosing a different name on the same remembered browser is recorded for administrator review. You can remove this cookie in your browser settings. A remembered browser does not verify someone’s identity or prove physical attendance.

Administrator Google sign-in

Administrators sign in with an approved @elcachargers.org Google account. Google supplies a verified account identifier, name, and email. The service uses these to authorize access; it does not request access to your Gmail, Drive, or other Google content.

Hosting and access

The website and attendance database are hosted on Cloudflare. Google provides administrator sign-in. Shared meeting displays use a meeting-specific host code and do not receive administrator or reporting access. Operational request information may be processed by these providers to deliver and protect the service.

Backups and retention

Attendance history is kept until an administrator deletes it. Private recovery copies follow the school’s backup retention settings. Records removed from the active database may remain in existing backups until those copies expire.
